• This image illustrates the person(s) in question.
• It does not take away from the copyright holder's ability to profit from it.
• A free-licensed image of the person in question could not be found or created, and it is believed that such images would be difficult to find or create. If a free-licensed image is located, then this photo should be replaced.
• It is thought that the person depicted or copyright holder is not against the use of the picture. If it is known that they are against its use, then it should be removed immediately.
• This duo is now defunct. It is impossible to get a picture of the two together as "tiaraway" again.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership.
