Thunder Bay Bombers

The Thunder Bay Bombers are a Senior "AAA" ice hockey team based out of Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. They are one of two senior hockey representatives from Hockey Northwestern Ontario, the other being the Kenora Thistles. The Bombers, a ragtag group of former pros and university players, won the 2005 Allan Cup. For financial reasons, they are not icing a team for 2006-07, but may return for the 2007-08 season.
