A full size image of the thumbnail file manager ThumbsPlus for the article thumbnail, linked from the description of the thumbnail-thumbnail image.

The uploader created this image on the date of upload. The image is screenshot of an old version of a commercial program called ThumbsPlus. That use is fair in just about any context, commercial or otherwise. The images shown in the thumbnail viewer are screen shots the uploader created, containing views of a licensed derivative version the open source program SpamPal, of which the author is one of the developers. The uploader created that licensed derived version of the program.

This is a screenshot of copyrighted computer software, and the copyright for its contents is most likely held by the author(s) or the company that created the software. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots:
