A tag has been placed on Gulbenkian commission, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Normally I would disagree, but on a hunch I did a Google search and came up with quite a few hits. I put up an {{underconstruction}} tag to let other editors know that this is a work in progress; remove it when you are through. You'll find some helpful links in the welcome message below.
