Three PNC Plaza is a 361ft tall skyscraper currently under construction in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It will be completed in 2008 and have 23 floors. It is the only building in Pittsburgh approved, proposed, or under construction to rise over 250ft. It will be the tallest building since the Dominion Tower was completed in 1987. It will contain 326,000 square feet of office space, a 185-room Fairmont Hotel, 28 condominium units, and ground level retail.
