Thran is a supporting character in the animated series Galactik Football and the twin of Ahito.

[edit] Season 1
Thran was raised on Planet Akillian along with his twin brother Ahito. He has known D'Jok and Micro-Ice since he was young.
At some point in his youth Thran, along with the other six Snow Kids was struck down with a mysterious, self-resolving fever. This fever would later turn out to be the earliest known sign of the effects of the Metaflux on his body.
His first interaction with his future coach is when he helps to to rescue Aarch and Professor Clamp from the men hired to drive Aarch out of town. At Aarch's Galactik Football tryouts he is accepted into Aarch Academy and becomes one of the teams defenders.
He develops the Breath of Akillian during the Snow-Kids-Rykers Home match.
Along with the rest of the Snow Kids Thran falls sick again with Meta-Flux illness and chooses to have the Flux removed from his body. He competes along with his team in the GF cup final, supporting Ahito in defense of the goal.
[edit] Season 2
In season 2 Thran returns with his team to defend their title as Galactik Football champions. His greatest concern is for Ahito, who falls mysteriously sick just prior to the start of the cup. When it becomes clear that a substitute may need to be found for Ahito, it is Thran who introduces Aarch to his cousin Yuki, who joins the Snow Kids.
Thran has his hands full supporting his younger brother as he recuperates and helping his cousin gain the self-confidence to play football at the Galactic level, but he takes time out to help Mei shoot commercials in his spare time.

Laid-back and calm, Thran is the brains of the group with a cheerful and carefree attitude, quite like Micro-Ice. Although unlike his good friend, Thran is more mature and serious, although he cracks the occasional joke with Micro-Ice.
He is a technophile and something of an amateur inventor and budding hacker. He enjoys playing video games and likes to spend time in the company of the academy's resident computer expert Clamp.
He is a skilled player and a competent defender, acting as a safety net for his not always so reliable brother. He was the third of the Snow Kids to get the flux.

Both of Thran's parents appear regularly during Galactik Football and it would seem that unlike Ahito, he has inherited his mother's brains.
Ahito is Thran's twin brother. Thran being the older twin. Unlike most siblings, Ahito and Thran are never seen arguing in the series. They get along perfectly well with each other and are peaceful brothers who rarely get themselves involved in disputes within the team.
Thran was friends with D'Jok and Micro-Ice long before meeting Aarch and joining the team. Like Ahito, he is on gets along with the rest of the team players.
Just like his twin brother and unlike his fellow teammates, Thran has never shown any romantic interest towards any of the female characters on the show.
In season 2 we meet is cousin Yuki.
