I am Judge Florentino V. Floro. I researched on this and found that today, more than 5 million views made the Bryon Garcia Youtube Cebu Inmates a hit.

In Reuters Video, it says that;

"Aug. 1 - Michael Jackson may not know it but he's helping rehabilitate inmates at jail in the Philippines.

Every morning hundreds of identically dressed men and woman gyrate in synch to tunes like "Thriller ." The dance routine is the brainchild of Byron Garcia, who oversees the prison in Cebu and and has taken a novel approach to reforming offenders."

I hope that Wiki members will expand and update this famous PRIDE of Cebu City, South Philippines.

Another successful upload dance twist to Gloria, by the inmates. On March 29, 2008, prison inmates held a dance presentation to protest statements of Philippine National Broadband Network controversy's Jun Lozada and Leah Navarro (Black and White Movement) against the Archdiocese of Cebu and Cardinal Ricardo Vidal as the “Archdiocese of Malacañang,” and “congressman in a cassock,” respectively.^[1][2][3][4] The new YouTube video, posted by Byron Garcia on April 2, 2008, shows 1,600 orange-jumpsuited inmates dancing to Laura Branigan's "Gloria."^[5] It struck gold in just 2 days: Views: 370,858. - --Florentino floro (talk) 08:36, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

Starting April, 2008, Cebu provincial inmates' live dances attracted many visitors. After the 2 hour monthly program (last Saturday), visitors can have their pictures taken with the prisoners and buy souvenir prison shirts.^[6] --Florentino floro (talk) 05:17, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
