I have created two articles yesterday:
Pierre Ryckmans (Governor General of Congo) Pierre Ryckmans (Governor General of Congo)
Pierre Ryckmans (disambiguation) Pierre Ryckmans (disambiguation)
but they don't seem to be accessible via a search on, say, "ryckmans". Is this because Wikipedia needs some time to index the articles?
thanks Thomas
- That's exactly right, Thomas. The Wikipedia software indexes articles only once in a while, so new pages will not appear in a timely manner. However, if you enter the exact article title (mind the caps) and click Go instead of Search, you should be able to reach your article. Cheers, Tangotango 09:03, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
