"Those Days" is a Russian alternative rock band with remarkable emo-influences. The band has released a self-titled LP ("Те Дни" in Russian) in 2005 and an EP ("Как мало от тебя осталось", "How few left of you" in English) in the following year. The band's style is an energetic blend of alternative rock with emo-like vocal passages. There is an English song by Those Days from their debut called "Until the Day I Die".
