Thorn tree may refer to:
- The common name for several species of trees in tropical climates that have spiky, thorn-like leaves, e.g. the Acacia and the boxthorn (Lycium)
- The Thorn Tree is the name of an open-air pavement brasserie/bistro-style café at the entrance to the Stanley Hotel in Nairobi, which has featured an acacia xanthophloea message-board as its centrepiece since 1959 [1]
- The Thorn Tree is the name for a Web-based travel forum operated by the Australian travel-book company Lonely Planet; the forum name is taken from the Stanley Hotel café in Nairobi [2]
- Thorntree is a housing estate in the town of Middlesbrough, in North East England
