Thomastown is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Thomastown, on the Epping railway line. It is in Metcard Zone 2.

Thomastown is class as a Premium Station. It also became a park and ride in early 2007.

The station is located between High Street and Station Street. Shops are located near the station.

The station consists of only one platform. The platform contains a large brick building with an enclosed waiting room and a ticket office inside. A large Metcard machine is located inside the waiting room, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins.

The platform can be accessed via High Street and Station Street.

Thomastown station originally opened on Monday, 23rd December 1889.
