Thomas Wedgwood III

Thomas Wedgwood III (1685-1739) was an English potter and the father of Josiah Wedgwood, the famous potter. Thomas was the elder son and heir of Thomas Wedgwood II and Mary Leigh of Burslem. He was master potter of the Churchyard Work, Burslem.

He married Mary Stringer and they had eleven children, three of whom died in infancy:
