Thomas T. Reilley was the 12th head college football coach for the New York University Violets located in New York, New York and he held that position for two seasons, from 1914 until 1915. His career coaching record at NYU was 9 wins, 7 losses, and 2 ties. This ranks him seventh at NYU in total wins and fifth at NYU in winning percentage. [1]
Having come off a prior scorless losing season in 1913, the record in 1914 of 5 wins, 3 losses, and 1 tie showed a marked improvement. However, Reilley's career ended in 1915 with a 70-0 loss to Rutgers.[2]
