Thomas Rhodin

Thomas Rhodin (born April 8, 1971 in Karlstad) is an ice hockey defenceman. He is currently playing for his hometown club Färjestads BK.
He started his career with Färjestad in 1989 and has played a total of twelve season with them. He has also played with the German club Eisbären Berlin between 1997 and 2000 and with the Nationalliga A teams Fribourg-Gottéron (2003-05) and Genève-Servette HC (2005). In 2002, 2003 and 2005 he represented Sweden at the Ice Hockey World Championship. Before the start of the 2005/06 he was offerd a contract by the NHL club Dallas Stars, but he turned it down. Instead he signed with Färjestad.
