Thomas Osborne, 4th Duke of Leeds KG, PC (6 November 1713 – 23 March 1789) was a British peer.
The son of the 3rd Duke of Leeds and Elizabeth Harvey de Vere, he succeeded to his father's titles in 1731. In 1749, he was made a Knight of the Order of the Garter and in 1757, he was sworn of the Privy Council. Between 1756 and 1761, he was Cofferer of the Household and between 1761 and 1774, he was Justice in Eyre north of Trent.
On 26 June 1740, he married Lady Mary Godolphin, daughter of Henrietta Godolphin (née Churchill), 2nd Duchess of Marlborough. They had one son, Francis Osborne.
