Thomas Moody

'Tom Moody was the 44th mayor of Columbus, Ohio, and served from 1972 to 1984. He was notable for his response to police when pulled over for suspicion of drunk driving: "I'm not drunk, I'm inspecting the city".^{[citation needed]}
