[edit] Football career

He moved to Swiss Super League club FC Basel in 2004 but he failed to force his way into the team and was second choice behind Pascal Zuberbühler. In January 2005 he had an unsuccessful trial at Vitesse in the Dutch Eredivisie. In June 2005 he moved back to Austria with VfB Admira Wacker Mödling. In 2006 he signed for SK Schwadorf.
