Thomas Lynch (November 21, 1844-May 4, 1898) was a U.S. Congressman from Wisconsin. He served in Congress from 1891 to 1895. He was born in Granville, Wisconsin which later merged with Milwaukee, Wisconsin; he moved to Antigo, Wisconsin where he served as mayor. Thomas Lynch also served in the Wisconsin State Assembly. He died in Antigo and was buried there.
