Thomas Leysen (b. 1960) is a Belgian businessman. He obtained a law degree at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Since 2000, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Umicore, and the chairman of VUM Media, a Belgian newspaper publishing company. In addition, he is the chairman of Agoria (confederation of the Belgian technology industry) and of Eurométaux. Thomas Leysen is the son of André Leysen and a brother of Christian Leysen.
