Thomas Holm (born February 19, 1981) is a Norwegian football player who currently plays for Molde FK. He transferred to Molde FK from Vålerenga IF for the 2008 season, and has earlier in his career played for the Dutch sides SC Heerenveen and BV Veendam.
Holm made his debut for Norway against Australia at Craven Cottage in November 2006, and has total gained 4 caps for the Norwegian national team.
He is also the older half-brother of Vålerenga IF player Daniel Fredheim Holm.
In January 2007 Holm's daughter died few hours after birth. Holm and his girlfriend are suing the hospital where their daughter was born, Ullevål Universitetssykehus.
