Thomas Gafford (born January 29, 1983 in Houston, Texas) is an American football long snapper for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Packers as a street free agent in 2006. He played college football at Houston.
Gafford has also been a member of the Seattle Seahawks in his career.

Gafford attended Cler Brook High School and was a student, a President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and a letterman in football. In football, as a senior, he was named his team's Moxt Valuable Player and his team's Receiver of the Year.
