Thomas Chatfield

Thomas Chatfield (October 4, 1871 – December 24, 1922) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Chatfield was born in Oswego, NY. He received an A.B. from Yale College in 1893 and an LL.B. from Columbia Law School in 1896. He was nominated to the court by Theodore Roosevelt on December 13, 1906, to a seat vacated by Edward B. Thomas, confirmed by the Senate on January 9, 1907, and received commission on January 9, 1907. His service terminated with his death.
