Thomas Carr (publisher)

Thomas Carr was an American music publisher, along with his brothers Benjamin and Joseph Carr. Thomas ran a shop in New York, while his brothers did so in Philadelphia and Baltimore, respectively.
Thomas Carr also arranged "The Star-Spangled Banner".
