Thomas Anthony Welch

Thomas Anthony Welch (1884–1959) was a U.S. Roman Catholic bishop. He was the Bishop of Duluth, Minnesota between 1925 until his death in 1959.
Welch was born in Faribault, Rice County, Minnesota on November 2, 1884. He was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Saint Paul, Minnesota on June 11, 1909. On December 17, 1925, Welch was appointed the bishop of Duluth. He was ordained on February 3, 1926.
