Thomas Abel (born March 13, 1974) is a Danish football player currently playing for Greve Fodbold.
He has played most of his career in Herfølge Boldklub, but was brought to Malaysia by fellow Dane Jørgen E. Larsen, who coached Kedah FA.
He later returned to Denmark to play for Greve Fodbold. In 2006 he retired to be coach of youth club Ejby IF, but in 2007 he was convinced to return to the pitch and play for Greve once again.
