[edit] High Importance

I rate this as "high" importance because it is one of the five Supreme Court decisions most often cited by later Supreme Court decisions.[1] Kingdon 18:59, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

Er, those were just citations from 2005, I now see. Perhaps it isn't as reliable a guide to importance as I thought (of the 5, we have good articles on 3, but are missing this one and NAACP v. Button, a racial discrimination case from 1963). Kingdon 19:18, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
