I have been in recent contact with the author, Thomas Perry, and have determined that he has never written any short novel(s) under the title of "The Aleks Investigations". I had previously searched various book outlets including LoC and was unable to locate any reference to this series. Additionally, the ISBN's listed for Butcher's Boy and Metzger's Dog" were in conflict with the actual date of release. For collector accuracy and Wiki correctness, I have listed both ISBN's, the original and the reprint with their correct dates. I have a e-mail from the author giving me the correct data. I have deleted the reference to "The Aleks Investigations" Ekotkie (talk) 19:26, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
