Although it is not refered to in the strip, it is taken to be him. There are some pictures of him on this link in the Newshounds website. ISD 08:25, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

*grin* I've met Thomas K. Dye many times, over many years. This is not sourced, so I won't put it into the article, but I understood that Kevin from Newshounds was a representation of himself. I'll change the tag. Chip Unicorn 22:23, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
