[edit] Speedy deletion contested

This article meets WP:BIO.

  • "Political figures holding or who have held international, national or statewide/provincewide office, and members and former members of a national, state or provincial legislature.6 (For candidates for office, see the ongoing discussion at Wikipedia:Candidates and elections.)"

The article sets out clearly that Thomas Henderson (1874-1951) was a member of the British House of Commons, so I am astonished that the article has been nominated for speedy deletion. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 13:18, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
