[edit] Library Catalogues

Why do library catalogues universally call this man Goodwin? This leads to confusion with the (slightly later) Puritan Thomas Goodwin. So far as I can see from Early English Books Online no book published by Godwyn ever has his name spelled Goodwin, though one or two have Godwin and the Latin "Godwino".--PeterR 20:02, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
