Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. This image is used for informational purposes only. It is of a German singer Thomas Anders, the image is taken from the 1994 Barcos de Cristal album's cover official German website

2. The image has a lower resolution than of the original and quality of which will consequently be much lower.

3. The image is not being used to confuse the reader that the article nor the image are authorized by the owner.

4.The use of this image will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. Consequently, copies of the image could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
