English: Thomas Baldwin Peddie ( February 12, 1808February 16, 1889) was a Republican member of New Jersey General Assembly from 1864-1865; Mayor of Newark from 1866 to 1869 and U.S. Congressman from New Jersey's 6th district from 1877 to 1879.
