AO Thiva or PAE Thiva is a football club based in Thebes, Greece. It was founded in 1968 with the merger of Kadmos Thiva (named after Cadmus) and Ionikos Astera. It plays at Thiva Stadium. The team has nine cup titles. It entered the Second Division three times and the Fourth Division five times, it never entered the Premier Division at all.

Its colour are cherry and black and its logo includs its ancient Theban warrior.
