This Night I Will Possess Your Corpse is a 1967 Brazilian horror film, the second in writer/director/actor José Mojica Marins' Zé do Caixão (Coffin Joe) film series. In this film, Zé do Caixão returns to his village after recovering from his undoing in the previous Coffin Joe film At Midnight I'll Take Your Soul (1963). Having been absolved of his previous crimes, this time he is even more determined to find the "perfect" woman with whom to sire a son of superior lineage, for his obsessive desire for the "continuation of the blood".

Assisted by his hunchbacked servant Bruno (José Lobo), Zé do Caixão kidnaps six beautiful women. He puts them through a series of tortures to determine if one of them is adequately "superior" to bear Zé's son.
