"This Heart Attack" is an EP by Sydney-based Australian band, Faker. It was released on October 13, 2007. "This Heart Attack" was released as a single on October 27, 2007. It also features on Faker's album, Be The Twilight, which was released on November 17, 2007. The track was voted in at number five in Triple J's Hottest 100 2007 competition. The Video for "This Heart Attack" was directed by Stephen Lance and Damon Escott for Head Pictures and produced by Leanne Tonkes. Editor was Haley Stibbard. In early April 2008 it surged into the top 20 on the ARIA Charts, and on April 14th achieved its highest position so far, breaking into the top ten at no.9.

A remix of "This Heart Attack" by Miami Horror appeared in the Ministry of Sound Clubber's Guide to 2008.
