"This Could Be My Moment" is a song by English alternative rock band The Verve and was released as the thirteenth track on their 2004 singles compilation album This Is Music: The Singles 92-98. The song was recorded during the sessions for the band's ultimate studio album Urban Hymns in late 1996 and early 1997. It was not included in the final track listing and remained unreleased as an out-take.

When the preparation for The Verve's singles compilation came about, Richard Ashcroft stated that he would like some of the better 1997 outtakes to finally see release as part of the album. This song and "Monte Carlo," were the only two included. An additional track was also featured on the Japanese edition of the album, but it was "I See the Door," a B-side to the 1995 single "On Your Own."

The setup of the song is vocals, drum kit, bass guitar and a series of electric guitars, most of which are heavily distorted. There is a trilled lead guitar note at the start and end of the piece, which is something also seen in All in the Mind, a 1992 hit from the band. The song shows a lot of Britpop-style techniques throughout, especially in the guitars.
