"Think About You" is the 8th track on Guns N' Roses' debut album "Appetite for Destruction". The song is lyrically similar to "Sweet Child o' Mine" in which Axl Rose sings about his love for his future wife Erin Everly. "Think About You" was, however, written by Izzy Stradlin. Izzy Stradlin plays the guitar solo on this track.

The song begins with a very fast tempo and keeps up the pace until 29 seconds from the end. The end features a haunting riff that is almost entirely different from the rest of the song that slows the tempo dramatically.

[edit] Live Versions

The song was played during early Guns N' Roses shows in 1985 and 1986. The song was not played during the Appetite For Destruction & Use Your Illusion tours, however it did reappear in the band's setlist in 2001 and continues to be played in 2006, often with the since departed Stradlin joining his former band for the track.
