This is a documentation subpage for Template:Thinnbsp (see that page for the template itself).
It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

This template inserts non-breaking thin spaces (up to twelve dozen) between the parameters given. The template accepts most common elements. Notable exceptions are:

  • the equals sign, which is input by the htlm code "=", rather than "=";
       {{thinnbsp|4|×|2|=|8}} produces a non-breaking thin-spaced  6 × 2 = 8

  • the pipe, "|", which is input by the HTML code "&#124;"
  • curly brackets, "{" and "}" input by the HTML code "&#123;" and "&#125;"
  • the regular space, input by the HTML code "&#32;"
