Good idea! Pgc512 13:40, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
- Article was written by a vendor and doesn't provide much info to add to other article. The links could be moved, and this article deleted. Flowanda | Talk 04:11, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
- The one thing it does add is the casualty angle. There should definately be one article that defines what a TPA is, with either health and casualty subheads or perhaps sub-articles for health and casualty (my guess is that there's a lot that could be said about the role of TPAs in managing health benefits, and explaining the difference between a TPA and an ASO contract with an insurer). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.145.79.247 (talk) 15:20, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
- My comments were about Third party adminstrator; sorry for any confusion. Even so, I think the information as written in both articles is not really easily understood by most readers or even what's needed for a basic or universal understanding of the subject. I'm thinking organization along what you outlined would be a good start, along with sections about history and current discussions around the use of TPAs. Flowanda | Talk 01:59, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
