  • Actuary is one of the few FA profession articles I can find.

[edit] Reasonable assumption?

I edited it to say the safety officer and the Third mate were the same thing, since it wouldn't make sense for a previous author to mention the safety officer without some connection. Is this right? Kennard2 20:33, 9 November 2006 (UTC)

Can someone overseas add in the foreign equivalents. I think it's Class 3 or 4 Deck Officer. gcaptain
