[edit] Copyright violation / OTRS complaint

The author of: DOCUMENTARY SCULPTURE], Steven Holmes, identified the bulk of this article as a copyright violation lifted from his essay. I have separated the apparently non-copyvio last sentence of that paragraph from the rest, and I'm going to start completely rewriting the first paragraph to remove all of the copyvio text.
