This is a claim for fair usage in Thich Quang Duc

Thich Quang Duc was a Buddhist monk who self-immolated in protest against the religious policies of President Ngo Dinh Diem of South Vietnam
One of the main talking points was that he heart remained intact after the cremation, which is seen as unusual and hard to fathom and hard to believe
The picture of the heart is used to discuss the phenomena that was observed and to verify the existence of the intact heart.
It is of low resolution and is only used for educational purposes
Use of the picture does not damage the commercial prospects, more so since the picture is often distributed to Buddhists without being sold
The picture might actually be free
