The reason for the above warning about "inappropriate pages" is because your original article on C. Fullenkamp was only one sentence long. This is far too short for a Wikipedia article, and in order for the article to stay, you should consider adding more information. Basic biographical data is a good place to start - things like birthdate, birthplace, family status, and so on. Considering that you claim he is a "world renowned" economist, it would also be a good idea to provide some source for this claim. Has he been recognized by any economist-related awards? By a magazine or publication? Provide some sources to back up your claim. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch with me on my talk page.
