[edit] Claire Marie Thomas

  • Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Claire Marie Thomas may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers. On Wikipedia, all users are entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable, with reference to reliable published sources. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. -- Longhair\talk 23:22, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

The article Claire Marie Thomas has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. -- Longhair\talk 23:25, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notability of Claire Marie Thomas

A tag has been placed on Claire Marie Thomas, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Hawaiian717 23:28, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Claire Marie Thomas

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Claire Marie Thomas, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to ;lkjfdsa. It is considered vandalism, which under Wikipedia policy, can lead to blocking of editing privileges. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Coren 00:21, 26 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Thebigjimmer

Hello! Thebigjimmer is not the appropriate place to post information about yourself, because it is in the part of Wikipedia where encyclopaedic articles are written. A "userpage" at User:Thebigjimmer, however, is available for personal information about yourself. When adding personal information please remember that Wikipedia is not MySpace. Your userpage is for anything that is compatible with the Wikipedia project. It is a mistake to think of it as a homepage: Wikipedia is not a blog, webspace provider, or social networking site. Please see Wikipedia:Introduction and Wikipedia:User page for more information. -- JLaTondre 00:43, 26 April 2007 (UTC) Sory, I wasn't aware it was vandilism, I was just trying to improve the sight It won't hapen againg;)
