[edit] Welcome to the Wikipedia!
Hello, and Welcome to the Wikipedia, The Dark! Thanks for weighing in over on the Absolute pitch article discussion. Hope you enjoy editing here and becoming a Wikipedian! Here are a few perfunctory tips to hasten your acculturation into the Wikipedia experience:
- Take a look at the Wikipedia Tutorial and Manual of Style.
- When you have time, you can peruse The five pillars of Wikipedia, and assume good faith, but keep in mind the unique style you brought to the Wiki!
- Always keep the notion of NPOV in mind, be respectful of others' POV, and remember your perspective on the meaning of neutrality is invaluable!
- If you need any help, post your question at the Help Desk.
- Explore, be bold in editing, and, above all else, have fun!
And some odds and ends: Boilerplate text, Brilliant prose, Cite your sources, Civility, Conflict resolution, How to edit a page, How to write a great article, Pages needing attention, Peer review, Policy Library, Utilities, Verifiability, Village pump, Wikiquette, and you can sign your name on any page by typing 4 tildes: ~~~~.
Best of luck, The Dark, and most importantly, have fun! Ombudsman 07:33, 18 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Jake Daubert Article
I am worried that in all the reversions to this article that your edits might have been lost. Please feel free to double check this, I did not mean to remove your content. //Tecmobowl 04:02, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
- From a quick glance, it looks like the only real change is that the numbers associated with the lifetime stats disappeared, which I don't think is a big deal, since the cited references in the article contain those numbers. I'll take a more thorough look when I have a chance, but I'm trying not to edit that page too much, since I consider myself to have a slight conflict of interest, being a (very distant) relative of Daubert. [edit] Mödlareuth
Hi, I happen to know the place and I translated the German article into French. My English ist just too bad to write the complete story... (in the French WIKI I'm Jaypee). Jaypee1 13:57, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
- Hi, I would be delighted if I can help. Got plenty of time (this was not a joke!). Jaypee1 08:34, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] USS Freedom
I am requesting permission to correct the spelling on the USS Freedom post. You wrote Marietta Wisconsin where it should be Marinette.Biggofwi 23:02, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 14:52, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Commentary requested
I am requesting your commentary in the Walter P22 and Glock19 pages. There is currently a debate on the VTech shooting and I think your commentary could be helpful. Agree or disagree, please post your opinion. Thanks. Alyeska 22:16, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your message on my talk page
Thanks for vandalism patrolling, but when you left your message on my talk page, you used {{}}, so that the whole, interminable talk page was transcluded. (Don't worry, I fixed it.) Thanks for the note though. ObiterDicta ( pleadings • errata • appeals ) 17:37, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Well, to be honest with you...
Oh, i didn't notice your revert, but i found myself thinking "that's odd - I though I removed that link". To be honest with you, I redirected it. If you look at the article, it was nothing. Hence I though a redirect was in order. I know I should do an afd but then there would be dozens. Even though I am a huge U2 fan such pointless stubs give the s***s. Merbabu 13:17, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] re: Rouge rating
Hehe :) Thanks for rating me, I like the thought of being mostly harmless ;) – Riana ⁂ 11:38, 17 May 2007 (UTC)
