You may wish to consider merging Taran beast to List of Doctor Who monsters and aliens. Also, could you please add the tag {{Tv-screenshot}} to screenshots you upload, they will be deleted otherwise as images of unknown source. Tim (meep) 12:25, 9 April 2006 (UTC)

Hi everyone, after getting Tim's message I thought it would be a good idea to merge in Taran Beast with the list of Doctor Who Monsters page. I was wondering if possible how I can copy the information and paste it on the page. Also I am sorry for any inconvenience from images and will look into capturing screenshots and will remove any other copyright images.

Do you know how to copy and paste generally? If so what you should do is go to the Taran beast page, and click the edit this page tab. Then copy all the text there. Then go to the List of Doctor Who monsters and aliens, again click edit this page. You should create a heading ==Taran Beast== and then paste the text.
After doing this Go back to Taran page and replace all the text with #REDIRECT [[List of Doctor Who monsters and aliens]] Leave another message here if you get stuck at all.Tim (meep) 12:42, 9 April 2006 (UTC)

{Help Me}

Hi everyone, I was wondering about what articles are needed for the Doctor Who Monsters + Enemies. I was thinking of enemies from the new range of books from the series i.e. The Clockwise Man, The Monsters Inside. There were some rather interesting enemies including Melissa Heart and the Mechanicals (which I could write a rather long article on) and maybe even the globs from The Monsters Inside. Or how about a sub category for the Blathereen on the Slitheen page? Please leave a list of suggestions so I can get to work. And is information allowed on if it has been confirmed by the BBC or DWM?

Thanks; TCOF

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Gargoylekrillitanes.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Gargoylekrillitanes.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 10:52, 11 May 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Strangerer (Talk) 10:52, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
