Exactly why is there "no need of merging"? When it's the same road, it does not get a separate Wikipedia article just because it crosses a municipal boundary; one article is to cover the entire length of the road through all municipalities that it crosses. You really have to stop making up your own special rules for York Region. Bearcat (talk) 01:46, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

I wasn't aware that Bearcat had left this message - I already restored the merge tag, and explained on the talk page why these two articles should be merged.
