Rev.Steven J. Adelmund is an American born author, artist and Reverend in the ULC. His published works include a horror novel The Hunger, and several websites.

CHILDHOOD
Steven J. Adelmund Born on May 5th 1981 in Davenport, IA to Daniel Jones and Carol Messmer. At the age of two, his father was asked to leave his life by his mother. Between the ages of two and four, Carol moved with her boyfriend Dennis to Nashville, TN. In 1986, at the age of five, his mother married long time boyfriend Dennis D. Adelmund in Nashville, Tenn. At this point Dan Jones legally severed all ties to him severed all parental rights to Steven. Steven would not see or hear from his biological father again for eleven years.
After several years of moving to follow Dennis' job, the family finally settled in Marshalltown, IA, where Carol gave birth to Michelle and Paul Adelmund.
HIGHSCHOOL YEARS
In highschool, Steven went through several relationships, causing his family not to take any of his new girlfriends seriously. It was in school that he developed his love for the Arts. He was very active in highschool Drama, quickly becoming a Thespian. He also studied Art including Art history, Painting, Sculpting, Pottery and pencil drawing. Other courses of interest were creative writing, which he excelled at, but often told his material was "a little off" by teachers. His major influences at the time were METALLICA [4], his father (Dennis), his Grandfather (Charles Messmer), and two teachers named Randy Sissel (Drama) and Thomas Loville (Creative Writing/ Mythology/ Film).
LOVE
His sophmore year, Steven met a girl by the name of Alicia Kudelka. He had known her since third grade at Rogers Elm. but they had no romantic interest in each other until a highschool dance fatefully threw them together. Their chemistry was instant, but it was Alicia who activly pursued Steven. He asked her to be his girlfriend on the stroke of midnight on New Years Eve of 1998. They have been inseperable ever since. The couple graduated in 1999 and Married on May 27, 2007 at St. Henry Parish in Marshalltown. In 2006 the couple adopted a Toy Manchester Tarrier they named Lucille "Lucy" Ball (becuase of her red color). Lucy instantly became an amazing part of the family.
The couple is currently expecting their first child who is due in September/ October.
WRITING
During the time he was in highschool, through the early part of his life with his wife, Steven continued to write and work on web design. He soon began working on a concept for a novel. His first major work was a 50 page case study of serial killers entitled "THE REAL KILLER FILES". Soon after, he turned a collection of short horror stories into one large story called "The Asylum", then came THE HUNGER.
