The Independent Republic of Ben 10 (Usually shortened to "Republic Of Ben 10") is an unofficial micronation in County Dublin, Ireland. The country's founding date is 14 February 2008 and it is ruled by president Luke Farrelly. The country is only 400m2 and is the Unofficial Smallest Area to lay claim to nation status.

The country was fictitiously founded by Ben Tennyson. However, it wasn't until 2008 when it was started up. The country's leader, Luke Farrelly reportedly, got his idea from the book, Do Not Open under the chapter "Create your own country". The country (Which only had the same area as the country's capital, Tennyson) closed down due to litter problems. The country reopened in May, 2008 with an extended area of 400m2.

- February 14, 2008: The country was founded by President, Luke Farrelly. This date is also called Independence Day, Founders Day, Tennyson Day, Day 'O' Tennyson, Ben 10 Day, 10 Day, B-Day and Tennie Day.

Tennyson Pak is the worlds smallest park at only 100m2. The park was opened to the public on May 20, 2008 and was the center of the Eco Week June 1-June 7, 2008.
