My name is Ian Nicastro and I am a graduate from University of California, San Diego, and am currently enrolled in the University's Biology PhD program. I am an avid thoroughbred horse racing fan and an amateur sports photographer, covering racing in the Southern California circuit. Hobbies include mineralogy, gemology, Second Life, the Furry fandom, etc... all of which will be future targets of my Wikipedia contributions.
